CERAMICS

I began working in ceramics during my Sophomore year of high school. By my Senior year, I had fallen in love with everything about it. I used my elective periods to complete an internship, which helped me develop my skills as well as learn about job opportunities. This was the deciding factor for my college plans. I wanted to study Art Education at Rhode Island College. Now, finally able to take ceramics classes once again, I can't get enough of it. Of everything I create, this is where my heart is. I plan to complete my concentration in ceramics, giving me the skills to work in ceramics when I teach. I still have much to learn in the time I have left at RIC, and I look forward to it.
